Since the other thread seems to have gotten unpopular and forgotten (either that or I'm blind), I have decided to resurrect it. HOORAYZERS!

Basically, the way it works is this: you rate the quote of the person above you (you can rate it 0-5, 5 being the best. Also, give a reason why you rated it as that score), and then write your own from a TV show, book video game, whatever. Here, I'll start. Ahem!
