Weird Problem

One day I was playing this game when it turned it's self off and uninstalled itself from my computer.I tried re downloading and then it said it needed the latest patch which I already installed. Any ideas what might of happened. P.s.  I already tried updating it and something messed up there too,the start screen does say it is version 1.1  :wall :wall :wall :wall ???

Did you try the 'erase Version Info' from the settings in the UEAW launcher? This should force UEAW launcher to forget that it has installed any updates and it should reload the newest version it can find online.

i wish i could but the original launcher disappeared and the new launcher couldn't be installed

Computers are strange things sometimes...  like when one computer works better than another and the funny thing is that sometimes the new computers have the bugs even thought they are supposed to better they are just worst... a bit of irony
