weird, i went to the war museum a while ago and it belonged to a Canadian soldier.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rob_Furlongan BTW, Chris's picture, a funny one indeed, is took from a joke that lurks around any country's army.
everyone thinks that their countries are the best, its normal, obviously.
defining which country has the best snipers (talking about the people handling sniper rifles, not sniper rifles themselves) is pretty hard as there are a multitude of points to consider.
for example Canada has a vast history with sniper in the world wars, always beating their US and British counterparts in the number of kills.
another example is British sniper rifles probably has the longest range, excluding anti-material rifles (.50 Cal. rifles.) around 1500 yards.
or another example is that, the US army today has the most technologically advanced sniper rifles, and also their aiming systems is what brings them to an edge.
some even say that finland, or ireland has the most skilled snipers in the world, as to how they handle their rifles.
anyways, theres even more points to consider here, so saying who has the most skills on snipers cannot be definitely defined.
