New Rebel Land Hero

Now I know some people don't like Heroes but this one is a good'un in my opinion.

Defensive powers! Only suggestions

Retreat is instantaneous and with reduced casualties
Base defenses (build pads, buildings, shields, power generators(!!!) are stronger.
4 grunt bodyguard

Any other good defensive powers? What does everyone think?
