This has been going around for months, along with another similar msn bug. It's not exactly hard to evade, considering the so-called image clearly displays it's file name, and unless you're not paying attention, you can't fail to notice the "randomimagename".jpg.zipWhich in most anyone's mind, should probably set off alarm bells.
And truly, if you have decent security set up, and you click it, whether by ignorance, or distraction, you should get notifications and be able to knock it out in a few seconds. It's fairly simple. There are far smarter ways to get people to download virus's unknowingly, so truly it's not too much of an issue if you pay attention.
