well,
Luke and rouge/red squadren often went undetected around the galaxy doing small strike mission with afew other squadrens. so it is cannon.

+ it makes no sense that Luke - as single unit - is detected everywhere he goes.
why did noone find him @ dagobah?

Good point. I like the idea, and I think it's only like a line or two of code (so it's fairly easy).

Yeah, he brings up a very good point about Luke being the single unit vs. Dagobah, although Dagobah is a relatively forgotten planet anyway. It still makes no sense this single unit gets detected everywhere. I support.

I agree with this, though I usually take smugglers and put them over any light up planets, making an information net so I know what planet needs better defenses.

This is a tough one, He was detected when he went to Cloud City, but that may have been because Vader was at least expecting him.

Cloud City was a trap. Vader knew about Lando and went there. I'd say that doesn't count.

But they detected his X-Wing, and then identified it as Luke at a later stage. AFAIK his X-Wing was no different to any of the others.

well in the novel 'shadows of the Empire',even in the same capital planet Vader just feel him but can not tell where he is until some of his men catch a signal from Xizor,and then the executor came,by knowing the location of xizor's skyhook.you see,bespin was a trap,and Vader waiting him,and for the cloud city is just a city with monitors in every harbor.while in any other planet it won't happen

Yes we can Vote on things but it is only whether the regular Community supports the Idea while we await the Staff's vote on it being Either: A.) Approved, B.) Denied, and moved to Dealt With.

well in fact I've find the three-line code in XML file of Boba,then put it in the Luke's file and tested in an original FOC,it did work,but still I need the admission of our UEAW modders to accept it.
besides,Luke NEED stealth ability,not a spy ability to know the fleet in the orbit or minor hero on the planet.If he has the spy ability,together it may not canon or break the balance of the game

and again,my code seems no effection on AI Luke in GC while playing as Empire,hope to be fixed

Dagobah was cloaked in the dark side of the force, and well off any conventional hyperspace lanes. It stopped the Imperials from detecting him with Long-range scanners or the force. Luke was never a part of Rogue squadron. Red squadron was not a strike force, it was used as such, but was never formed as such. It was a main flight group.
