it seems not necessery for a female rebel soldier appear,but why not one? just a female model and replace the rebel medical solider you great modders created,very simple.those rebel boys may eager to have a hot baby in their land battles.
anyone who love it?

I wouldn't know why you ask of this considering it doesn't do much plus the fact you make it sound like you want to see a female in battle just to see what she specifically does.

I can't see the point, at all.

As a complete, chauvenist [self censored], who despises feminism in any and all its forms, I can say:

A) It really isn't necessary to have women running around as a token gesture

B) Even if we did, the graphics on infantry are so scaled down it'd be almost unnoticeable unless the breasts or hips on the female model were very large. No jokes.

i have seen way worse in a teen videogame, to me this idea makes sense because it is canon and pretty much everything but heroes in this game are guys

I was trying to be funny, so have I. Take Tampa Bay on Tony Hawks underground for example.

Now, really, is this necessary? Yes, women did fight in star Wars, but in the long run, wouldn't it just waste time? To only real way I could think of to make this work is to have the Female Rebels not wear Helmets and have long hair.

Precisely the point. Lots of effort for almost no reward. Female troopers are definitely not needed to improve this mod.

yes it is not necessery nor it is important,but it is easy to be done.since we already have a minor rebel hero who takes medical care in ground battle,why not change he into she? Just like the nurse in early Star Craft game?,a female model should be just someone like Mara Jade,slightly.not really so hot babies

The only reason you want this is sex appeal. That's pretty much the only reason there is for this idea.

*signs up for the Empire* anyway... this seems like one of those V3 goodies, for now we have bigger things to worry about, later it is a possibility, i don't want to have to wait a week for the mod to come out just because we stoped to make female troopers...

there's one problem with the idea of female rebels noone has mentioned so far. Do not missunderstand me, I would support it, but:
There's no way we get an authentic voice for them. I think there are not enough girls to donate their voice for the heros so far anyway! And I'm pretty sure, if staff decides to do something, they do it ULTIMATE or simply COMPLETE. Pure eyecandy is incomplete. there has to be something for the ears either...

There's no need for it. And, pORG, many other mods don't use females in soldier roles. We have Mara Jade back in-game, and Mon Mothma. Mind you, the units end up small, so there's no way to really tell male from female unless very pronounced...features or a female voice. A little tricky to do, and unnecessary, but it can be done.

Should it?
