I dont know whats wrong with me anymore. Clearly its a lot of things but I just dont know anymore. My emotions are being triggered by who knows what, I completely exploded on this girl who tried to talk to me on xfire and I dont know why. Im dropping the ball in everything I do and I cant get a grip on it anymore. And I thought I was done crying for a while but last night obviously broke that, and Im noticing a huge spike in the instensities of my breakdowns as they come.

you dont have to read the whole thing, just the stage titles give you a pretty good idea of what they mean. Out of the 8 stages I "passed" only the first and have failed every other stage so far. I have proof from my childhood that supports this, especially the shame part.

I wish I was never born. Why did it have to be me why couldnt it have been one of my brothers or sisters after I was concieved.

its not insanity. Something is getting at me and Ive spent all day trying to figure it out but I have no idea whatsoever and I cant take it anymore

Yeah, a bit odd, I know. Sometimes you feel that you want to pull your hair out, what I suggest is doing something that distracts you in a good way.

Hey, don't beat yourself up. I get emotional problems too, in fact, I've had problems in big crowds alone....there's not much one can do about it.

what is causing this

at first I was feeling better for a few weeks then I started to get kind of cocky and then angry and then absolutely pissed and now I wish I was never born

and no matter what happens bad or good its always a failure to me

Actually, I have had those same symptoms, and I had wished I was never born on several occasions in the past, as well as being cocky, angy, pissed off, sarcastic (still am in that case), it's just life. It'll end once you find it or something to draw your attention, what causes it is unknown to me however...
