From a literal standpoint.....but the role of heavy attack vehicle was replaced with various other designs in the Empire, and since they were superior juggernauts ceased widespread deployment. The remaining juggernauts were mostly sent to backwater worlds, were parts were now increasingly rare to come by, and the most practical way to employ them was as transports.
