Mod Requirements:UEAW 4.0 - Will only run with FoC installed.Requirements:
- Retail Empire At War (EaW)
- Retail Empire At War: Forces of Corruption Expansion (FoC)
- FoC updated to version 1.1 or greater (click for link)
UEAW 3.2.2 - Will only run with EaW (doesn't matter if FoC is installed or not).Requirements:
- Retail Empire At War (EaW)
- EaW updated to version 1.05 or greater (click for link)
If you have a lesser version than 3.2.2, you will need to update to the latest version. If you are using 4.0, please make sure to check for updates via the Auto Launcher first. Until then we cannot help you until you meet the requirements above.
FAQQ: Why is the auto launcher asking for an administrator password?
A: You must have administrator privileges to update. If you do not, you must either get an administrator account, or right click on the icon and click 'run as administrator'. There is no other way to get updates at this time.
Q: When I try to update, it says "unable to read online update index"?
A: Check that your firewall is not blocking it, if it has not prompted you to allow the connection you may have to manually give it access, or disable the firewall while using it.
Q: Where all the other eras that are supposed to be added?
A: Currently 4.0 is still in beta and the extra eras have not been added yet.
Q: Why can't I get past certain missions in the campaign?
A: UEAW does not support the campaign at this time, so don't try to play it whilst playing UEAW!
Q: Why does the enemy do nothing in skirmish(Symptoms include rebels building 2-3 venetors and then just fighters)?
A: This was a problem with FOC however UEAW will try to fix it.
Q: When is V1 coming out?
A: When it's ready, don't EVER ask this!
Q: What is the difference between V1 and V2?
A: V1 will be released first and include all additional space units. V2 will come later and include the additional land units.
Q: Where can I build the Eclipse?
A: Galatic Conquest: Planet Byss, Tech 5. Space Skirmish: Tech 5
Q: Why is the Eclipse "Under Construction" at Yaga Minor Space?
A: Its a Easter Egg, it won't be removed, end of subject.
Q: Why wont the Deathstar II fire on space stations?
A: Related to adding the Eclipse, it was accedently removed for the DSII. This will be fixed in a future update.
Q: Why can each faction make SSD's, that's not cannon?
A: Again, 4.0 is beta and for online balance, every faction has it. This will be fixed in v1.
