Mind tricks work only on teh weak minded.  Grunts, Jackles, Drones, and maybe hunters could be affected, but I'm not sure about Elites or teh Prophets.  The Brutes could probably be tricked as well, considering they're more like a big animal.

no idea...i dont know skill of vong, i know they used LOTS of strategy like...so probably tie between em, unless cheif has cov bomb >:D
