Poll: IG88 to heck Death Star II, in UEAW v5?

  I hate the heck very much. (revealed)
  The Death Star II is no more than a piece of junk other than its ability to destroy Super Star Destroyers in one shot. First, it takes up to 5 minutes and 30000 credits to build, which are a lot. Second, its operational weapon is a superlaser that needs one minute to recharge, and it cannot do any damage to smaller ships. The speed to move a fleet around takes double time... so why add one more disadvantage to it? Yes, the Death Star II is incompetent in many aspects but it can come in handy when engaging enemy SSDs. I will not be angry for something useless. The heck ruins a major part of the fun.
  I talked to an UEAW producer who told me the IG88 heck is balanced as the Zann Consortium has to find a way to destroy the Death Star. I almost fainted.
You know, in UEAW v4 (middle difficulty) the ZC can make a heck lot of Aggressor destroyers and Super Star Destroyers, that sort of powerful gunships quickly. I mentioned to the producer that the ZC can make a SSD in 43 seconds. He did not know that.  In my opinion, there should be a battle between the Empire and the Consortium when the ZC wants to destroy the DS2 using a hero unit (IG88). When ZC wins, IG88 can heck the DSII. Then the imperials (or the players) have a chance to defend the battlestation.

I suggest you play as the Empire first before bashing me.
That's what happen, you are building structures on a star system having won a land battle. You saw the Death Star II in orbit, but suddenly 'boom'!!! Vader, Palpatine, Veers, and your entire invasion forces (probably your largest) perish. "What the ****?" you will say.

i do belive your right it should be after the battle and i think there is something wrong with the zc makeing the ssd in 43 seconds ethier way it unlikely that the zc will be in v1 anywho

listen it is balanced and i don't like it more than you do but it is balanced considering it is a one shot try when ever the Death Star II is destroyed by the hack IG88 is out of the conquest

But IG-88 is not an important hero anyway. the hack is in the normal game too you know right Australis

it is balanced since the ZC doesn't have any other way of destroying a grave threat

Lord Vader just informed me the heck has been accounted for. He wanted me to conquer a Consortium Space and 'park' the Death Star II there and it turns out IG-88 cannot heck it because it would destroy a Consortium planet.
His tactic worked! Lord Vader also reminded us to escort the DSII with a small fleet so the ZC always underestimates us. Until now, the DSII has devastated eight to nine super star destroyers. Long live the Empire!

Good question. The ZC cannot destroy the DS1 so why say IG-88 heck can save them from planetary destruction.
As for the claim 'IG-88 heck is the only way the ZC can destroy the Death Star II', I cannot convince myself. I had told you the heck can be after-battle to make it fair to the Empire side. Like the Rebels, they can survive the Empire without the heck as they have Rogue Squadron.

but what if your playing as ZC and the Empire keeps fragging your planets or fleets w/ the ds1 and their fleet. what do you do

The Rogue Squadron can defeat both DSI/II. The same way can be applied on IG-88. But everything has to be after-battle. My mind has changed a bit because I did not pay enough respect to the power of planetary destruction, however, I still consider the heck too easy (pay the money only).

Seems like one way to prevent DSII from being  (explode) is to let IG 88 do his damage on the first Death Star. Then he's out of the game & you can use DSII with impunity until the rebels blow it up. Just make sure you build DS I before DS II...

Really? But you still have to sacrifice a planet when the heck is activated.
Ahh, the majority is opposed us. The Eclipse is my only hope beating those bad-asses rebel scum and low-lives in Zann Consortium.
Have you read my post above? You can park the DS2 at ZC space. It'll be free from the heck there.

i think you should be able to take over the DS2 at any time without the Imps knowing and blow it up when you want
